UNISON members employed by the Education Authority - watch out for your postal vote coming through the letter over the coming days.
This is an important vote. YOU will be deciding if you are prepared to take industrial action over the long delay to the pay and grading review (including restoring a fair pay differential for those with supervisory responsibilities) and any delays in Northern Ireland to the payment to education workers of an expected NJC pay award.
Whether we have an Assembly and Executive or not - budgets are now overseen by the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.
Education workers need Pay Justice.
