In 2015/16 the PSNI dealt with over 28,000 incidents where domestic abuse was a factor. The 24 hour domestic abuse helpline received over 27,000 calls. This workshop will introduce participants to how domestic abuse can impact on members in their work and what policies and processes are there to support them.
