Rough seas to Rathlin Island for UNISON

UNISON Causeway branch braved the rough seas to visit the Nurse and two Care Assistants who work on Rathlin Island. 

Our reps arrived by boat to the small island off the coast of Ballycastle to raise awareness of the pay gap, showing our members that ‘no one will be left behind‘.

UNISON is calling for an end to the pay gap - we won't be left behind!
