UNISON nursing and health staff continue industrial action

While  RCN nurse members protest at an absent Stormont executive, nurse members of UNISON continue on industrial action short of strike.

Since December thousands of other health staff have been joined by nursing staff in the union's ongoing campaign to win pay justice. 

"It's impact is certainly being felt and we are delivering legal notice that the action will continue into June" reported Anne Speed Head of Bargaining and Representation to the lay leaders in the health service. " Working to rule is sending a strong signal that all those delivering health care are fed up being taken for granted. They want  devolution restored and this dispute resolved."
