This tutorial will focus on the impact of the more common Pathologies on the structure and function of the Cardiovascular system, which in turn helps provide a rationale for the presenting signs and symptoms. Participants will also consider the key points in care management for specific disease entities such as Dysrhythmias, Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure and Aortic Aneurysm. It is targeted at nurses, student nurses/midwives, health care assistants and paramedics but open to any member.
