There is a growing research base indicating its efficacy to promote physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing. It has been used to treat a range of problems including the management of mood disorders, chronic pain, arthritis, sleep disturbance, stress, chronic fatigue and professional burnout. It will be delivered by Monique Harte & Greg Kelly, School of Health Sciences, Ulster University
