The agreement was negotiated by unions with employers in the Northern Ireland Engagement Forum. It was also fully endorsed by the NI Executive. The document should be used by all unions as platform when negotiating any agreed return to work over the next period. We will not compromise on workers’ safety, it is critical that all of the requirements in this agreement are fully adhered to
