Receptionist (Fixed Term, Part Time)

UNISON NI is currently recruiting a fixed term, part time receptionist.

About this job:

The successful candidate will be the first line of communication for our region and will therefore have excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.

Experience of operating a multi line switchboard is essential. You will also be required to have administration experience and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including word and excel.

In addition to the above, the post holder will help co-ordinate our conferencing/meeting room booking system, including invoicing and will have experience working with electronic display units. They will maintain confidentiality and have both a pro-active and flexible approach to their work.
