This is a 3 day course for all Branch Education Officers and for members who would like to help promote learning within their workplaces. UNISON has a great learning offer for members to support them personally and professionally. You don’t have to be a steward to become a Union Learning Rep. The course will look at learning styles, barriers to learning, dyslexia, learning as an organising and recruitment tool and developing learning partnerships with employers. It is accredited by SERC.
